Akeo Okada
Born 1960, Kyoto. Musicologist. Professor at the Institute for Research in Humanities, Kyoto University. Specialises in the history of Western music from the 19th to the early 20th century. Became interested in jazz piano about eight years ago and still takes monthly lessons.
